Ecclestone, neither guilty nor innocent!

A German court has agreed to end its trial for bribery on Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone, having received in return a payment of 100 million dollars from him.

Ecclestone bid was based on an existing provision in German law. Earlier Tuesday, German prosecutors accepted an offer from billionaire 83-year-old, who dominates the field of automobile racing.

He began the trial in April, charging that he had paid 33 million euros to a German banker to ensure that a company favored by him to buy a stake of Formula 1.

However, he denied the accusation and denied doing anything illegal.

German court's decision means that Eccleston would be free from the court of Munich already and can continue to lead his favorite sport. Also, the decision means that Ecclestone is not published either guilty or innocent.

His private property totaling some 4.2 billion dollars, according to "Forbes", which ranks him 12th in the list of billionaires ment of Great Britain.

If he will be convicted, could face 10 years in prison, and would end his dominance in the 10-year-old racing cars.
