Germany, Merkel, the historical record assessment

Germans satisfaction with their government has reached a historical record of all time, according to a poll, while 57 percent of respondents declare themselves happy with the coalition of Angela Merkel.

While 74 percent of respondents say they approve specifically the German Chancellor. According to the survey of "Deutshclandtrend", which surveyed 1,003 people from broadcasting network ARD, satisfaction with the coalition government, in power since December 2013 has increased by 7 percent from June, to reach the highest level since they started such surveys, in 1997 n.
