Obama: I would not allow ISIS-in to invade Iraq

President Barack Obama, in a press release from the White House, said he would continue helping Iraqis to overcome rebellion in northern Iraq jihadists.

In his speech, Obama stressed that this would be a "long term project" and added that the situation will come to progress only if the Iraqis will form a unified government. Meanwhile, according to local authorities, American airstrikes have allowed Peshmergas Kurdish forces to regroup and regain the territories in which the jihadists had earlier taken precedence.

"We feel good that our military efforts failed to prevent ISIS-in to go to Mount Sinjar, where they are sheltered thousands of Christians. Everywhere and always will be my obligation to protect all to ensure that they are not alone in this battle, "said Barack Obama.

Saturday morning the American military planes arrived for the second time supplied thousands of Iraqis with food and water, which were placed in the mountain. According to the Pentagon, the US's support came hours after they conducted air strikes against jihadists. But news arrived that expected a second round of air strikes by the US-led war against ISIS's.

The announcement comes after the governor of Irbil told CNN that the jihadist group located 30 km away from the city which is home to more than a million people.
