The latest report of Amnesty International shows that refugees are prohibited from entering Australian soil. Details of the report indicate that the officials have paid smugglers to take back refugees and even threatened the latter.
Referring to the incident of May, with 65 passengers bound for Australia returned to Indonesia, Amnesty says it has interviewed all the passengers, who confessed that the Australian authorities have handed over $ 32,000 to go back.
