Breakfast in 20 countries

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, that keeps us healthy and full of energy. But breakfast food varies in different countries of the world.

In European countries such as Spain, France and Italy, the first food of the day is a quick slice of bread or a croissant with a strong coffee. While in Korea, tables for breakfast becomes thick like lunch or dinner.

China
Breakfast traditional varies in different provinces, but the essence is the combination of fried pies called "You tao" and soy milk. Also quite common are and super rice congee Chinese call.

Australia
Australians worship Vegemite, so that I eat every day. They also eat more fruits and some English breakfast. Vegemite is an Australian typical type sauce made from yeast extract of beer, vegetables and spices.

Brazil
A strong coffee and milk, accompanied by a plate of cheese bread and bacon. Feijoada is a thin soup made with black beans and different flesh, and served in the morning.

Colombia
Breakfast in Colombia made the arepa, a small corn cakes served simply with butter and eggs, milk or jam.

Cuba
Breakfast typical in Cuba is a toast with butter and a cup of coffee with milk.

England

France

Ackee, typical fruit of Jamaica, it looks like a fried egg when cooked, is more beloved morning in Jamaica. It can be accompanied with fried vegetables, salted fish and fresh fruit.

Sweden
A typical breakfast in a Swedish home is an open sandwich that incorporates fish, or ham, cheese, mayonnaise, vegetables like cucumber or tomato.

USA
US and morning food varies from region to region, but the eggs, potatoes, sausages proshura or are a common trio.
