18-year-old Charlotte Heyes, from Bolton, was incredulous when it was invited to the 35th anniversary of Kim on 23 October.
The student has stayed in a 5-star hotel, has received about 100 dollars a day to spend, and even met husband Kim, Kanye West.
Charlotte, which manages the site "KKWUP" "Twitter", initially thought it was a joke at the time of Kim's personal assistant contacted "Instagram".
"I wanted to tell everyone, but said they must keep secret, so I just told my family and friends," she said.
